This arrived sooner than expected and was so easy to assemble! It's perfect for my teenager. This is a heavy built quality scooter with big wheels to absorb the road bumps. It came in a big box and easy to put it together. My teenage son assembly it together and quickly gave it a spin and loved it! The battery life is as advertised. Seller is quick to respond to questions. This is the 2nd V30pro I purchased. It is not the same as my first. Does not have same pick up speed, different style blinkers, loose brakes, longer charge time, overly tight handle latch so it is hard to release.... not happy with this second purchase. My first one also snapped the back reflector light off pretty easily But can be an easy fix. Overall they're fun to ride. My first one speeds by most other electric riders. Update from 3 to 5 stars: even though I've faced additional issues with this 2nd scooter, customer service has been exceptional. They have continously kept in contact and are doing what they can to resolve problems. They've sent me a brake handle and reflector flag for replacement parts and are willing to exchange scooter due to motor issues I've been experiencing. Currently waiting on its arrival. Read more
