I had been waiting for this to go on sale to give it a try. As someone who doesn’t spend too much time on hair I was excited to start using it. For not knowing much about airwraps, I knew I didn’t want to spend an outrageous amount on one. I was surprised to see that the instructions gave very little information on how to use it or how to use specific tools. The curling irons are not labeled left or right so you have to problem solve that yourself. It would be nice if they provided more tutorial videos. I am not sure that I’m going to keep it as I am still trying to figure it out. I think it would have been a higher score if instructions were more clear and detailed. Read more

I really wanted to love it but I don’t. The buttons that control the heat, speed, and cooling shot do not work. If I look past that major issue I can’t ignore that there are air slots at the base of the attachment that let a ton of hot air out that burns your scalp.
