Overall performance of the unit is fantastic, it's plug and play, and works on both my desktop and laptop computer. A downside is that it's bulky, and I'm knocking a star off for that as it interferes with the other ports on my laptop, when plugged into USB-A, I either can't use my HDMI port, or I have to unplug the power supply, which can affect transfer speed due to being on battery power. I have other devices that have to go into the USB-C port, but it also interferes with the HDMI port there as well. The storage area on top is nice, but just adds to the bulk. I do really like that both plugs have caps so they can stay relatively dust free. For the price it's good, but I'll look for something smaller if I need to purchase another. Read more
