Full disclosure: I bought these for my kids for pretend play so I can't speak to how well they would work in a real-world, waiter/waitressing situation. I can tell you that for my kid's make-believe diner, they were phenomenal. The printing was consistent and the paper is good quality. If these can withstand the messy, crayon-based writing of two toddlers, I think it can hold up in any situation.
