I use this for everything from keeping the shoes a little bit tighter to making it. So there's something in there, so the shoes don't smell and these are so easy to fit and cut and even work in children's shoes. In one pair of shoes I did find they got a little too slippery. Better for small feet since they are very thin. The insoles slide around the shoe. They also do not last as long as dr. Scholl’s and start to disintegrate with in a week for athletic use. Worth the money but not good enough for me to buy again. I’m going to try something different. Read more

I’ve long used Dr Scholl’s odor eaters so I was excited to try these. These insoles are horrible. After barely three weeks my shoes and feet smell bad. Really bad. But that’s not all of it. They roll up under my toes and it’s impossible to take my shoe off without dragging the insole out of the shoe. I’m a big fan of insoles for odor control but these are not it. Read more
