This set works for a quick zero effort 100 day costume. It’s affordable and easy, but there were a few things my son and I were not happy about. The wig is quite itchy, sheds and looks a lot more like a grandma than a grandpa. My son refused to wear it because he felt like he looked like a grandma. The glasses fit great on my 6 year old. They were actually a bit snug and I had to bend them out a tad. The cane is nice and durable and definitely better than the blowup versions out there, but it is extremely tall for a kindergartner. It’s more of an adult size. I was able to remove the second to the last rod and it was the perfect height for him. I’d recommend shortening it for your kindergartner. The brows and mustache stayed on till recess. Once he started to sweat, they started to fall off. That was expected though. The overly bushy brows were pretty hilarious. Read more
