The media could not be loaded. I am really impressed with this skin care kit. It has everything you need and the packaging is so nice it looks very expensive. I was impressed that the bottles are glass as well. The products leave my skin feeling and looking so soft and glowy. They have a very light citrus scent which I think smells nice.
