Best value I've tried

jjJanuary 7, 2026

I've used many different brands of this type of nasal strip including the type that goes inside the nostril called "nasal dilators". The dilator types are reusable but I could never get accustomed to them, especially when trying to sleep. These strips only took a few minutes of wearing before I forgot they were attached. Every brand is similar in that it comes individually wrapped and there is a backing that covers an adhesive from sticking to everything it touches. The glue is deposited on a straight plastic stiffener. To apply it (after removing the backing), you bend it so the glue side sticks to your nose. As the stiffener tries to return to its original shape, it pulls your nostrils open. The stiffener is key because its stiffness dictates how effective the strip works. The original brand made by Breathe Right comes in different strengths (how stiff it is and how strong the pull) so you have a choice. I say this brand is equal to Breathe Right's "extra strength" category, which I prefer but that is totally subjective. Another key aspect is the glue. You need to clean your skin and dry it well before using the strip. Usually a wet cloth is sufficient but if I'm feeling particularly oily, I'll use some alcohol. I've rarely had one detach overnight. One consideration I don't see mentioned in reviews is removing the strip. The glue on this strip is among the strongest I've used and I have to remove it slowly to break the bond and not my skin. Once removed, there is essentially no residue left on my nose. I tried one brand that required alcohol to remove residual adhesive from my nose. I like this brand and it's the least expensive I've tried if you buy 300 at one time. I usually order the minimum quantity when first trying a brand in case I don't like them. This brand is only offered in an "off-tan" color but I would order clear if given a choice. I don't wear them in public so it doesn't really matter. I have a deviated septum and these strips really help my breathing. I recommend these strips and they're a good value but using them is quite personal and subjective. Read more

Affordable Nasal Strips That Work — But Adhesive Is Too Strong

GoodmanJanuary 11, 2026

I bought the 100-pack mainly to help with nighttime nasal congestion, and overall, these strips do exactly what they’re supposed to do. They’re not “extra strength” or anything fancy—just two flexible bands inside—but they still open up the nasal passages enough to make breathing easier while sleeping. This is clearly a budget option, and honestly, the strips themselves feel very similar to many other brands sold on Amazon. For the price, it’s a great value, and function-wise, they get the job done and the size is good. That said, the one downside for me is the adhesive. It sticks too well. In the morning, removing them can be uncomfortable and pulls on the skin more than I’d like. Because of that, I personally would switch to a slightly more expensive brand with gentler adhesive, even though these work fine. If you’re looking for an inexpensive nasal strip that helps with airflow and don’t mind strong stickiness, these are a solid option. Read more

Good Adhesion, Good Value

#A#January 12, 2026

These nasal strips work as expected-they dilate my nostrils a bit so I don’t snore or wake myself up with stuffy breathing. I’ve got a deviated septum that causes problems when I’m at all congested-and I notice at certain times of year I don’t feel as rested when I wake up. Once I start (or remember to start) using nasal strips, I generally wake feeling more rested. These strips have good adhesion, and I had no trouble removing them from the package. I’ve got oily skin, so I make sure to give my nose a wipe with some toner or something to make sure all the oil is off my skin before applying (otherwise they definitely come unstuck, but this is consistent with all brands I’ve tried). I feel these are a good value, as the package is huge-and even using nightly they are still reasonably priced in my opinion. Read more

Packaging is difficult to open. The strip's work, but the adhesive is too strong. Read more

Good Nasal Support, but Adhesion Could Be Better

Yadlen Martínez salgadoJanuary 8, 2026

I liked these nasal strips because you can definitely feel the nasal opening as soon as you put one on, which helps with breathing. The size fits well and they’re comfortable to wear, even for several hours. My sleep quality improved a bit while using these nasal strips, so I can say they are effective. Breathing feels easier during the night, which helps with overall comfort and rest. I’m giving them 4 stars because, after a while, they tend to peel off and don’t stay fully in place for as long as I’d like. If the adhesive were stronger, they would be perfect. Overall, they’re a good option for the price and do help, just be aware of the adhesion issue. Read more

All night relief

Tyler HuttonJanuary 14, 2026

These are quite strong in terms of stickiness! Most of the other brands struggle to stay on through the night, but I've been enjoying these. I've been able to wear them all night without any problems, and I've not had one fall off yet. The tradeoff here is that the more glue they use, the more it irritates the skin, but I haven't had that issue yet with them. There's no residue, either, left behind. They are a bit on the smaller side, though, so if you're needing a larger surface area, this might not be the ticket for you. If you're someone that likes a bit more stickiness and your skin isn't too sensitive, these are the best value that you can get for nasal strips. Read more
