Heats up really fast, you can use tap water, and produces a lot of steam. In general, these steam cleaners all present exaggerated portraits of what they can accomplish. None of them, including this one, makes stains and grime magically disappear, but this one is far better than most, and I am happy with it. Short cord is the only thing that I think could be better. Love this steamer it has cleaned my whole house spotless and saved me hours. Love that I don't have to wait to refill the steamer and it heats up so fast! Very time effective and I get a good 15/ 20 min of uniterrupted cleaning time. The only thing I am questioning is how long are these attachment brusthes supposed to last and how can I purchase more? There is no way these brushes are lasting more than a few times, and I accidently stepped on my squeegee and broke it. Please let me know how to get more for an affordable price and I will change to 5 stars. Read more
My wife uses this primarily on our oven; it is better than most oven cleaners, and really is effective in small crevices. It will make a mess of the water, so make sure you have some old towels around to clean up the mess. Read more
