Cracking of my feet is not the problem. This has been the only cream I found that restores my cuticles!! My right thumb constantly stays dry and ugly. It's made in China. Not sure about using it, but tried it since it's on the skin. It's a roll on which makes it easy to use. It did work made my skin on my feet smooth. Kind of use it sparingly because it's a very, very small bottle. Read more
