These nasal strips are EXCELLENT!! I think I found my new favorite brand!! I’ve used several different brands in the past in order to help me breathe with a collapsed septum (which I have from a broken nose a long time ago). Prior to trying these, my favorite was the original well-known brand that are quite costly, especially because I eventually relied on the extra-strength (I got several uses out of each one). But because they were so pricey, I decided to try a cheap version I ordered here on Amazon, and those were simply not good at all. They’d last half the night and I’d find myself awake trying to stick it back on. They’d also poke my nose or face. What I like about these, specifically, is the comfort. They’re made from a thin, smooth fabric instead of the thick paper-like strip used for all the others I’ve tried. These are also not as long, and despite the bendable band inside being shorter than the others, they still work just as good or better (just as good as name brand and better than the cheapies). When I first removed one of these from the package, I honestly thought they’d be a dud based on how short the bendable band is. But when I put it on, I realized i didn’t need the length that came with the others. To the contrary, these aren’t long enough to poke at my face!! I can barely feel that these are on my nose when I do use them. And from night one, this one lasted until the morning. A part of the fabric did become slightly loose, but the strip underneath that does the work didn’t pull off. I was still breathing just fine. I do want to share that I always use witch hazel on my skin just prior to using these, this way I’m working with completely clean skin without lotion that could affect the stickiness. And even while doing this, they are very easy to remove in the morning. They don’t stretch at my skin or leave glue behind. They really are perfect and extremely comfortable. With all that being said, I absolutely highly recommend these to anyone with breathing issues when they sleep. I don’t snore but I do get stuffed up easily, and it hasn’t been a problem with these. I’m genuinely so impressed that such a comfortable and reliable product is as affordable as these are. I’m 100% positive I will be reordering these once I run out. This strip is roughly 1.5" long and 1/2" wide. The adhesive in the back is pretty sticky so the strip will stay on all night. Since it is sticky it did take me a minute to peel off, but it doesn't leave a sticky residue. The black cloth material is nice and soft which makes it comfortable it will also last all night since the material is pretty sturdy. It is very bendy and flexible but strong to still lift your nostrils and keep them lifted. Personally it took me a bit to get used to the feeling. Overall this strip is not too bad as it is comfortable, and stays put. I honestly can't say about the snoring as I can't hear myself snoring at night. But I have not disrupted anyone else's sleep.
