These work very well. Some people commented on them not staying, but what I did was either wash my face and dry thoroughly or use an alcohol wipe on my nose and surrounding areas, then pinched my nose together with the strip for 30 seconds. Other brands have these same instructions, and following them works for me. Once it’s on though you can’t move it without it not staying again. I’ve worn my to sleep then through parts of the morning, around 10 hours and it stayed on no issue, the peeling does hurt a little but a little less than a bandaid. Read more

The nasal strips help improve breathing, but the adhesive is too strong. If they are worn for many hours, especially overnight, they can irritate the skin. In our case, when removing it in the morning, it injured the nose and left a scrape. I recommend being careful when using them, not wearing them for too long, and removing them slowly, preferably after moistening them. They work, but are not ideal for sensitive skin. Read more

Does open nasal passages but no matter how I cleaned my skin, one side almost always popped up in the night, negating the effect. Finally gave up. Read more

I have never used a nose strip, so I am unable to compare them to any other brand... and can only review them based on my experience with this brand. First of all, the price is super attractive for the amount you get, I received 120 of the strips, 60 in two packages. Each strip comes in an individual package, with clear instructions on how they are to be applied. Application could not have been easier; you remove the paper on the back and stick them across your nose. Not too high on the bridge, but not too low on the tip. The adhesion was good, and it did not slip off during the night. The instructions indicate to clean and dry your nose prior to applying the strip. I have been dealing with fall allergies and was pretty congested prior to going to bed. I also snore, but it doesn't bother me... so I got these due to being a mouth breather and congestion. They were plenty strong enough that when I applied them, I could instantly tell a difference in my breathing. Great thing about these, is you don't have to try them over a period of time to see if they work, it is instant. In the morning, I peeled it off prior to getting into the shower. It was easy and painless and did not leave any marks on my face. I had a pretty good night's sleep, it felt like I had slept with an air hose blowing up my nose. I cannot remember the last time I have every been able to breath in that much air through my nose. Not that it was a bad thing, it just felt like my entire head was open. Overall, I am very pleased with these and really do not see any need to try any other brand since these worked so well. Read more

Haven’t been down this rabbit hole before with any other brand! Beware, no matter how well I clean my skin, just doesn’t stick more than an hour or two! Horrible quality compared to any others I have ever used-ever. Hopefully I got a defective batch and these aren’t actually this poor in quality:-\\\. Buyer, please beware. Read more

I'm a nose breather when I sleep. Years ago, a pharmacist recommended nose strips because I was sick, and my nose was so congested I couldn't breathe to sleep. I put the strip on my nose, and from then on, I was hooked. I could finally breathe, not just when I'm sick. I wear them most of the time now. The problem is these nose strips are pricey, so I tried every brand in the store hoping to save money. I've tried every type of nose strip they make: clear, tan, extra strength, and scented. With 100% confidence, I can tell you these Better Breath Nasal Strips are either equal to or better quality than all the nose strips you'd find in the store. I added a picture of me wearing one of these strips. I've had it on for TWENTY hours now. To wear these strips, like the directions say, you have to prep your nose. If you don't, the strip will not stay on for a long time, if it sticks correctly at all. The directions say to wash your nose. I use an alcohol pad. I run the pad all over where you see the strip is placed on my nose. In my picture, do you see how the bottom of the strip is coming loose? Every strip does that, and it doesn't affect the function of the strip at all. By now, some of the name-brand strips would be mostly lifted off. The clear name brand strips are trash and wouldn't have lasted an hour. For me, the width of a strip, its strength, or any added scent doesn't do or change anything. The length of the strip is the key for it to be strong enough to pull open my sinuses, and after 20 hours, this strip is still doing that. The bridge is what pulls the nose open, and the longer it is, the stronger the strip. The ends of the strip, or wings, the parts that stick to your nostrils to keep the strip on. As long as the top is still securely stuck to your face, the strip is working. My nose is small, so I had my husband also try one of these strips. His nose is much bigger than mine. He reported the exact same results. He uses the strips for all the same reasons I do, but for him, he likes them because they help him breathe when he's outside. It doesn't matter how big or small your nose is; these will work for you. When you take this strip off, you're going to realize just how stuck on and secure they are. I'm not going to lie; it hurts pulling them off sometimes. And I was always worried about the delicate skin under my eyes and how if I put a strip on too high, when I took it off, it would really pull that skin. But I've never had any problems with any of the strips causing skin issues. Other strips will leave a gluey residue that makes me nuts trying to get off my skin afterward, but I just took this strip off, and it left hardly any residue at all. Which is actually pretty cool. I've had strips leave a mess before. This one came off beautifully. These are good strips, y'all. I got 240 because each strip costs literal pennies, as opposed to half a dollar. That's a darn good value, and you won't find a better price for strips that work this well. I'm absolutely thrilled with them, and you will be too. I promise. Just wipe your nose with an alcohol pad before you put it on. Read more
