I almost never leave negative reviews. This had to be done to warn others. These bulbs are ridiculous. I installed 3 in my light fixture tonight and within about 15 minutes all 3 had burnt out, within minutes of each other. I had previously bought 2 packages of these for 2 different fixtures. One set is still working but the other completely fried. The glass detaches from the metal after a few days and the piece that falls shatters everywhere. Then you'll have to wrestle carefully with the metal piece left behind in the socket. This happened to 3 of the bulbs in the last set. I thought it was a fluke lot since the others had lasted but alas, this new package died even faster, the same day of install! I am utterly shocked something like this is still allowed to be sold, with the insane defect rate. I will be asking for a refund and shopping elsewhere for this size, color, shape, and wattage of bulb. Do not waste your money here! Read more
