I originally purchased this 65W Surface charger a couple of years ago, and it exceeded expectations from the start. The original that came with the computer was badly bird chewed (cockatoo). It no longer worked consistently. The new one is pretty much identical to the oem part. I unboxed it, plugged it in, hooked the magnetic connector to the computer, and it worked perfectly. Had it about a week now, so far, so good. Read more

Very cheap materials. Cheap plastic box, unpleasant cables, very weak magnet in the connector that pops out easily. Still, it arrived overnight and charged my laptop before I had to use it the next day all for 1/3 the price of the original Microsoft charger. So long as it doesn't start any fires, it'll do. You might have noticed that there are too many options for the same outcome to be that most batteries die out fast, are poorly built, and can harm your device upon plug-in. You deserve a product that goes the mile, and that's why this seller deserves your business. This business sells top-quality batteries that compete with the original product from Microsoft. The packaging you will receive is protected, premium, trustworthy, and backed by a warranty (similar to Microsoft). The Microsoft Charger cannot compete at this price point outside having the "Name Brand" bit that gives us a false sense of security. Regardless of it, we are here because our trust that money = quality is not always the case in electronics. Take it from an Engineer. MARSDOCK is one of those hidden gems I would gladly pay double to have. Resolve: I recently received a faulty model not too long ago for my Surface Pro 7. I checked the one-year warranty, and I reached out to the seller. They immediately sent me a replacement less than 3 days after receiving my report.
