My girl is obsessed with tongue scrapers and oral hygiene products and when I saw these and that they are metal and not flimsy plastic like normal ones, I got them. I was pretty skeptical at first, thinking my toothbrush did the job just fine. It wasn't until she came to me totally grossed out and fascinated at the same time. She was like, "You won't believe how much stuff this thing pulls off my tongue, even after I've brushed!" I was changed from that point on forever. I use them every day now. Apparently, it gets way more of that white, filmy buildup off than a toothbrush ever could. The first few times, I had to get used to it, it can feel a little weird at first and can make you gag a little if you go too far back. But now, I'm a pro just like her and says it’s super quick and easy, plus we do the grossest thing any couple could and that's compare our scrapins! She's noticed her breath is fresher throughout the day and mine too! She says her sense of taste has sharpened. Like, she's actually tasting things more intensely. She thinks it's because she's getting rid of that layer of gunk that was dulling her taste buds. I can't confirm or deny this claim but whatever floats your tongue scraper I guess. The fact that it comes in a pack with a bunch of different colors and a travel case is a nice touch. It's not just a hygiene thing; it's a whole routine upgrade. I'm definitely a convert. It's one of those things you don't realize you need until you have it, and now I'd say we can't go without it. It's simple, but the results are pretty noticeable. Read more

I've yet to try these metal tongue scrapers, but so far I like the plastic ones. A lot of plastic scrapers are not so kind to the skin of your tongue. They can be very stiff with rough edges that cut as they glide, and sometimes ineffective. This has been a smooth experience without the harsh side effects. I like that this has enough pieces for the whole household, and even comes with a reusable case for your storage or traveling needs. Color coding is great for keeping track in shared spaces. These are large enough to cover a decent surface area, without being impractical. The handle is comfortable to grip, and these are easy to use, as well as clean. Read more
I am a little bit confused by this set. It did not come with any written material at all, and I did not grow up using tongue scrapers (although I am familiar with the plastic ones you can get at the drugstore). As you can see from the description, this comes with three plastic scrapers and two copper ones. One confusion I have is that from what I can tell (online), choosing metal or plastic is a matter of personal preference, with pros and cons for each. The two metal ones are identical, and the three plastic ones are identical. So I am not sure who the audience is for this product – maybe two parents and their kids? The plastic ones need to be replaced periodically, so I get that, but the metal ones should last for years, so I won't need two. The plastic scrapers have a single bar scraper on one side, and the back side is textured, so maybe you can use that for cleaning too; I don’t know. The case easily fits one metal and one plastic scraper for travel, and you could fit floss, toothpicks, and/or interdental brushes in there too. Read more
Tongue scraping! As a registered dental hygienist, I've recommended this practice for over 30 years! And, by using a tongue scraper as opposed to your toothbrush, although that can be used if nothing else is available. Enter, this wonderful set! Comes with a handy carrying case that will fit the scraper and your manual toothbrush, nice touch! I'm more familiar with bristled or nubbed scrapers and recommend either/or as both are equally effective. However, I've not tried a copper scraper, until now and I find it slightly MORE effective than the handled option! Who knew? Super easy to clean all of these and I do recommend keeping them as clean as possible to reduce bacteria levels that contribute not only to bad breath, but periodontal disease and oral irritations. If you're a coffee drinker or smoker, tongue scrapers are an absolute must but bear in mind, you'll unlikely be able to scrape all stain and residue from the tongue surface as it's simply impossible to do so. BUT you will be clearing bacteria and improving the health of your mouth. So pleased to have found this set and to now have tried a copper scraper. Price point and quality here are fantastic! As these do last forever, one set should cover many family members for quite awhile! Read more
I like that these tongue cleaners come with a handy travel case that has small openings so the tools can dry off, instead of being stuck in a closed container getting gross. The copper ones are my favorite since they are stiff, so they get more off the tongue. The plastic ones bend too much for my liking, making it so I have to do more swipes to get everything off. But those would be good for my child so I will let her use them. The backside of the plastic ones have ridges to scrub your tongue as well. Read more
These tongue scrapers work really well - they clean effectively without being too harsh, and I appreciate how easy they are to rinse off afterward. The set includes both copper and plastic options, which is a nice touch, and the included travel case is perfect for keeping them clean and organized when I’m on the go. Great value for fresh breath and hygiene, whether you’re at home or traveling. Read more
This is a nice set of tongue scrapers. I prefer the copper U shaped ones, but my spouse prefers the plastic ones. My spouse thinks they're softer and gentler on their tongue, while I like the "sharpness" of the copper on my tongue. It's sharp and good at scraping off my tongue, but it doesn't cute or hurt me. There's enough scrapers to share with family to maintain good oral hygiene. And they come with a bonus clear travel case. Read more
