I've only had these for a little over a week but I can see how they are meant to work and believe it will produce results. You get 3 different levels of firmness so you can start with the squishiest (which is still kind of firm), you only "work out" with it for a short while and can feel the difference. These are trending on social media and cheap enough to try if you want to see if it works. I'll hav to update if I see results. Read more
