This kit is great and highly recommend. We have one little dog who has fine, thin, silky hair and gets groomed at the groomer but we bathe her. She doesn't like the groomer doing it, plus she gets weekly baths in between or anytime she digs a hole and sticks her head in it. The gloves are perfect for her. The finger face brush gets the mud, the caked on eye goo, and tangles out. Gently. Also works great around the ears on the tails. The hand scrub brushes work great for our other little who has thick coarse hair and of course the face brush works on him too. It gets all the way down to his skin and works the soap in which we were struggling with. Both have allergies (ugh) so their weekly baths and in-between grooming has been made easier with this kit. This is great price for what you get. My Jack Russell/Iggy is a drama queen - he cried and complained the whole time I was using the gloves - which work great. They are soft and full of silicone "villi" to pull all the dead fur clear. Did great! And they are soft, not stiff - NOT painful, NOT scary - soothing. My chihuahua loved it. Their short coarse fur was sleek after the grooming with these (gloves for the drama queen, palm combs, face massager, tooth brush - for the Chi). I have an English Labrador and Standard Poodle mix. She's an 84lb brick house, who knows her size and abilities in alligator death rolling. From an owner's perspective, it helps with foaming up the doggie shampoo, removing dirt from her thick coat, and aids in removing shedding hair. (I use a secondary glove dunk bucket to keep the hair on the gloves from going down the drain) Rinsing the soap out of her thick coat has become easier with these, as well. From a dog's perspective, I believe she thinks the gloves symbolize a session of massage therapy instead of the chore of grooming/bathing. I grab the gloves and she jumps right in the tub. The media could not be loaded. The effectiveness of these gloves and this kit works well. It does remove the hair on both of the hair removal cups and gloves. The plastic of them does not have a scent and they are very functional. The blue has a nice appearance. The comfort level is not that great except for on the gloves the cups they slide off very easily if you have a little bit of soap on your hands, but it does remove the hair. Well, the gloves work the best as far as washing whatever animal you are washing, there are two items that I do not know what they are for because it did not come with an instructions my personal preference I don’t know if I would order this kit again if I needed to, but it does get the job done and the gloves, kind of suction to your hand, even with a little bit of soap, but not too much on your actual hands, but they sud up well and it makes the job of washing the animal a little easier.
