I’m really impressed with this WOHAO 7-Fold Yoga Mat! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s easily one of the most practical mats I’ve owned. The foldable design is genius — it’s super easy to store and carry, especially if you don’t have a lot of space. I just fold it up and tuck it away under the bed or in the closet. The thickness (1/2 inch) provides just the right amount of cushioning for my knees and joints, which makes it great for yoga, pilates, and even basic workouts or stretching sessions. The TPE material feels durable but soft, and it doesn’t have that strong rubber smell that some mats do. I also love the non-slip surface — even during sweaty sessions, it stays firmly in place. I'm so glad I purchased this yoga mat! I use this for my hot pilates mat and hot yoga classes and it is such a lifesaver on my knees and wrists! It's easy to quickly fold if I want more knee support as well. I like the tread on the mat, but I always use a YogiToes type towel on it anyway, I don't use this mat "straight" on. One thing to know is that is does grip the floor well when you place it down, but if you are in down dog, it does pull a bit on the folded seams, not to the point of ripping, but you can feel the stretching a bit. It's a well made item and worth the cost, especially compared to the "name brand" or more popular version of this mat. I think the size is fine, I ordered this one specifically due to being 70" long, and I am over 6 feet. It is fairly easy to clean, I always have disinfectant wipes in my gym bag, but the treads on this mat does catch the cloth wipe grips and cause the wipe to roll, which is a bit annoying, but not impossible. All in all, I would buy this mat again and if you know someone who does yoga or mat pilates frequently and has a thin mat, I think this would make a great gift! Read more
This mat is quite thick. I got another that is the exact same style (rectangular and foldable) and it was considerably thinner. So I’m impressed with this guy. It folds up well and my favorite part is that none of the parts that touch the ground will touch the top of the yoga mat once folded- unlike roll up mats that end up getting the top of the mat dirty once you roll it up. Love this mat! I attend a lot of yoga classes and need cushioning for my knees. I was dragging a thick mat and a thin one to put underneath to prevent slipping. This mat is so compact and easy to carry and provides the cushioning I need. Wish I would have found this sooner! Read more
