Holds both mini and standard sized Ipads on one side, and a phone on the other side. The legs lock and hod well. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. This is a great tripod. I am not a camera person, but this really impressed me a lot! First, everything fits into the included storage bag. The bag is roomy. It has a carrying/shoulder strap that is adjustable. Second, the tripod itself is very sturdy when set up. It is made of aluminum and looks really nice. Weight is just over 3 pounds for the tripod alone, which is really nothing. The adjustments are solid and easy to do. Adjustable rubber feet are included, as is an extra base to mount a phone/tablet. There is also a Bluetooth remote that you can sync to your phone/tablet that allows you to stop/start recording and take still photos. A pretty cool addition, in my opinion. Once set up, it is easy to operate. There is a built-in hook that allows you to add a bag with some weight to help keep the tripod from moving around much. I took the tripod outside and set it up. I pushed a tent stake into the ground directly underneath the hook. I then took a length of paracord and secured the tripod hook to the stake. It secured the tripod and made it as steady as a rock with the wind that was blowing. It performed better than expected. Again, I am no photographer by any means. The media could not be loaded. Amazing tripod!! Does the job and comes with all the extra attachments that you will need. I used it in water for one of my shoots and it held up the entire time. It has a nice locking feature that locks it into place so it can’t accidentally collapse. I didn’t expect it to be so tall at its max height but it makes it even better! I can set up a camera on the tripod and record events with ease. I’m amazed at how small it is while it’s fully collapsed and put away. The carrying bag was a great little addition and is so ease to carry around. I will eventually order more if it goes back on sale. My biggest complaint is that now after using it for my second time, I guess using the little rotating arm somehow loosened the head piece and no matter how much I tighten it, my camera will still eventually face downward. It’s a canon r50 so not too heavy..Constantly adjusting it is annoying but I paid a decent price and needed it quickly. Read more
