I got this 24x21 inch ottoman with storage because I needed a nice, big ottoman to pair with my couch. For the price of $85.99 (at the time that I ordered it), this storage ottoman is a great value. It's not the fanciest piece of furniture, but it's easy to assemble, functions well enough, the fabric seems very high quality, and the cushion is very thick. It's actually very comfortable to sit on, and could nicely double as a spare seat for a guest in your living room. In terms of storage, the storage area isn't super deep, but would easily fit a few folded blankets or a couple of extra pillows. The ottoman is very lightweight and easy to move around. However, on a hardwood floor its weight becomes a problem, because it slides around a little too easily to provide stable support for your legs. And because it can slide around, the screw-on legs have become slightly unscrewed sometimes, so we have to re-tighten them every now and then. Do you have kids who move through the house like a tornado? Then this isn't for you. First, it does look nice, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. It was a decently easy build, and overall the it's comfortable. It's a decent size and holds the living room blankets, so I can have a functional piece that also hides them away (previously just stored in a basket) But here's the problem: my kids think they can move things with their feet or legs. The lid keeps toppling off, or it gets pulled off. They dogs see the blanket pile, and jump in (which is why I wanted to switch to the ottoman. So, it doesn't serve the purpose of keeping the blankets dog-free. It's also much more expensive than something I could get at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Just overall it's fine.
