Recently I bought a second pair of these toothbrushes for my kids since we really liked the first set and it improved my 9 & 11-y/o's brushing. Within 40 days one or the new brushes stopped working. I emailed the seller, received a response that evening, and received a replacement unit the very next day! I think the total time from contact was less than 36 hours. Amazing seller support. The brushes themselves are good quality and value for the money, we see really good battery life, and with the stellar warranty support for any defective items I rate the product 4.5, and the seller a strong 5 stars. Highly recommend! Read more
My Sonicare Villain origin story: I charged my kids to clean my bathroom. Somehow in the process, they lost my Sonicare toothbrush. I was angry, and looked for a week, but... I'd ordered the wrong toothbrush heads, right? Like previously, before the kids lost my Sonicare. I ordered them hoping that they'd fit my Sonicare and they didn't. So for the last week I've been using one of those heads without a handle because... what else would I use without ordering another $100 toothbrush? Using that 7am2m head, I suddenly realized I should just order a 7am2m brush. The next morning I looked and you could get TWO of those brushes, WITH EXTRA HEADS, for less than half what I paid for my Sonicare. At a price like that, what did I have to lose? Well, it was delivered today. I picked the navy one to use, leaving the light blue one for whomever else in the house wants it. I juse used it after lunch. The verdict? It's got more options than the Sonicare. It takes 2 minutes and breaks it up into 4 30-second chunks like the Sonicare does, letting you know when it's time to switch quadrants of your mouth. If "Clean" is too intense for your, there's also white, polish, milder, or Sensitive. Afterward, my mouth had that really clean feeling you get with a really good cleaning. I'm kinda amazed. It's every_bit_ as good as my Sonicare was. Or is. I still might find it one day, and when I do, I might give it to the kid that doesn't inherit my other 7am2m. Read more
I purchased 3 different sets of these toothbrushes for my family in August of 2022, so we have had them for about a year. These are my family's first electronic toothbrushes, so on that note I don't have anything to compare these to. Here's what I've found in that time: Pros: Fairly priced Battery life is great Auto-off function is helpful(both for kids and adults) 30 second pause is very helpful so that you know your teeth are getting the same amount of attention Plenty of colours to choose from Different settings may be helpful for some Great in our experience for use with braces(especiall with an autistic kiddo who doesn't have the best hygiene habits) Cons: Honestly my only con here is that one pack(of 2 toothbrushes) out of the three packs I purchased both stopped charging and will not stay turned on after just under a year. These were both from the same pack and the others are doing just fine, so maybe we got a single pack of duds. Summary: Overall I'm happy with the toothbrushes and would have easily given 5 stars if all the toothbrushes were still working. I'm not an electronic toothbrush expert and therefore am unaware of the general longevity of them, but I imagine it should be longer than 1 year. I will be be attempting to reach out to the company in order to see a)how their customer service is, and b) if there is anything that can be done for us. I certainly won't purchase these again if the others stop working also(1/3 of them going out within a year is not a great ratio already), or if the company is not worth dealing with again. I'll do my best to remember to update my review after I've spoken with them. Thanks for reading my probably rather boring review on dental hygienic tools. Read more

We absolutely love these toothbrushes! We wanted to get some electric ones but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on them. These were a great option! The different speeds are great and very soft for sensitive teeth. Quality is great and very durable. The brush heads are easy to remove and change out. Read more

Really wanted to like these, but 2 failed in less than 6 months ago have to give a No-Go. Bought the 2 pack for my kiddos and overall they are a decent value on paper. I don't like how once you press the power button, you can easily change modes by hitting the button while brushing. You have to hold the button to power off, which can be a learning curve for younger kids. To the ultimate failures, the black one randomly one day stopped charging and would not run at all. Tried everything. I could and both wireless charging "pads" and different wall adapters, no go. Pink one charges no problem. Customer service did replace it and send a new one, great service! No more than 2 months later, the new black one is broken again, no charge, turns on for 1 second, then dies. Tried every charging combo I could, holding button to reset, nothing. The product comes with a ton of replaceable heads, but I can even get the brush to live long enough to ever need them. Read more
