I absolutely love this 7-piece Wooden Musical Instrument Set! It’s the perfect blend of Montessori principles and modern design. The neutral, boho color palette fits beautifully in any home or classroom—no bright plastic or loud patterns, just natural wood and calming tones that appeal to both children and adults. The quality exceeded my expectations. Each piece feels sturdy and well-made, and the set includes a wonderful variety of instruments — the xylophone, maracas, tambourine, and shaker give children so many ways to explore sound and rhythm. My toddlers (ages 2–4) enjoyed experimenting with volume, tempo, and coordination, making it both a fun and educational sensory activity. I also appreciate that the set encourages open-ended play and supports fine motor development. It’s a fantastic introduction to music for little ones and a perfect addition to any Montessori-inspired playroom. This would make a lovely birthday or holiday gift for toddlers or preschoolers. Highly recommend! Read more

This is a great price for a 7 piece music set. Seems to have my 2 year old niece pretty busy when she is over at my house because she has enough variety to not get bored easily.. It think some of the paint faded - the tissue paper it was wrapped in had a little discoloration in the areas it was painted. However, I'm fine with the subdued color; at least it's not too overwhelming on the eyes. The instruments themselves dont make extreme or annoying instrument sounds like typical plastic ones would. I only have a pic of 2 of the instruments, just to show the color and size. The wood seems to be of good quality. I think this is age appropriate for 1-4 year olds. Hopefully she will play with it until then. Read more
This is a surprisingly nice set of wooden instruments. They feel very high quality and look so nice and clean. Everything is very smooth and streamlined, for such a calming look overall. My almost 2 year old really loves the set and enjoys shaking and banging the toys together. She hasn’t quite figured out the horn herself but likes when mama or dada blow into it. It also works by sucking air through it like a straw so it’s pretty versatile for younger toddlers to learn how to play. She loves the xylophone, and I love that it’s got wheels and also works as a pull-behind toy for development. It’s nice that it all comes with a nice canvas bag for easy clean up or portability. My biggest, and maybe only, complaint is that the hand clapper is tied together with a bungee type elastic that could fairly easily come untied. It’s not shown in any of the product listings, but it really is just tied together in a double knot that could come apart over time with regular play. The noise is not too loud on anything so it’s not overstimulating for baby or parents. It’s all pretty peaceful, surprisingly. Otherwise, really lovely set. I think the $30 price point is reasonable for the quality. Some of the shaking toys (especially the rolling rattle) would be appropriate for older infants, as well, I’d say. So there’s lots of growth for these toys, and they look like they’ll last a while. Disclaimer: I received this item in exchange for my honest review through the Amazon Vine program. I was pleasantly surprised to find these on Amazon, and my 8-month old loves them! They are truly crafted beautifully and all work perfectly. My baby puts each one into her mouth, of course, but she also shakes the maraca, grabs the rings and beads on the rattles, and fiddles with all of the other ones for a while. She really is fascinated by the xylophone, though she likes the stick you hit it with and putting it in her mouth more than actually playing with it! I was pleasantly surprised that it has a pull string. I’ve been meaning to find a pull string toy to show her the concept of pulling a toy, which she doesn’t quite understand yet. Having a pull string for the xylophone adds an extra layer of learning and showing to this set. Sometimes it’s hard to come up with ideas of what to do with a baby. Having this set of instruments definitely feels like more of an enriching activity to do. We can lay out all of the instruments, go through each one, and it takes up at least 20 minutes minimum, usually a half an hour. Great for those days where you don’t have a lot of energy and have no idea what to do. Also- The packaging states that all materials are nontoxic and safe for babies, which is always a worry for me, so that made me feel better. You never know what you’re getting when you order toys online. Having a specific call out on the packaging to let you that it’s okay for your baby to put these in her mouth was nice. Read more
