Less than a month and I've had multiple screws and bolts fall out of their threaded holes and my brake system is clicking and getting harder to apply the brake. I bought two scooters at the same time and they're both falling apart. I've contacted the seller 3 times and have yet to receive a response to any of my emails. I need these fixed or replaced and the seller is not of any help. I bought the asurion insurance but was informed I can't use it until after 30 days of owning the product. Read more
I did have a moment when I unboxed this that I thought we were going to have to return it. I could not get the scooter to drive at all. It powered up fine, the lights worked, could switch drive modes without any problem. It just would not move. Come to find out, I was required to download the app to "unlock" the scooter and put it in "start mode." Kind of frustrating since this was not mentioned anywhere except a tiny little footnote in the bs manual that came with it but, no biggie now that I know. Scooter seems to work just as it should now that it's unlocked. It's a gift for my grandson and he absolutely loves it. I do like the fact that I can control the speed from my phone until he gets some practice on it. Outside of that, the app seems pretty useless to me. I do have 1 minor complaint that i feel others looking at this scooter should be aware of. The pictures on Amazon, and everywhere else I found this scooter online, do not reflect the exact scooter I received. I bought this specific scooter because the pictures show that it has a rear disc brake...I guess I didn't scroll far enough down in the specs to see that it actually has a drum brake. Like i said, not a huge deal. I just would have rather had disc brakes since they are a little easier to work on when needed. Outside of this, pretty happy with the purchase so far. Read more
Just purchased this week,so I can't comment much on its long term durability,but its a solid well made scooter,easy to assemble,came 100% charged and rides very smoothly. The app loads quickly, but the scooter must be ON to get it setup and to work with Bluetooth on your phone or whatever device you use to download the app. I like that there's a map feature on the app,very useful!
