I chose this shower head because I hear the rainfall effect felt amazing, and I needed a hand-held sprayer for washing my dog. Although I have a water softener, I still seem to have a lot of minerals in the water, and this turns my white hair yellow. Ick. I'm hoping the filter in this shower head helps with that, but time will tell. I can say that the water definitely feels softer and I do enjoy the rainfall shower head, and the hand held sprayer is very convenient. The shower head was so easy to install, and I like how the water pressure is adjustable both the sprayer and the shower head. What a great value! I'm really happy with this filtered shower head - I just need to figure out where to buy replacement filters. I'm likely to buy this again for the second shower in my home. Read more
I picked up this shower head hoping for a smoother setup and while it works fine, it does feel a little clunky in daily use. The main head has good water pressure and the filter feature is a nice touch, but the whole unit feels bulkier than I expected once it’s mounted. The handheld part works well and the spray pattern is decent, but switching between the two takes a bit more effort than it should. Everything functions and the shower does feel a little nicer with it installed, it just doesn’t have that streamlined feel I was hoping for. If you don’t mind a bigger setup, it gets the job done, but it’s not the most refined option out there. Read more

All connectors are made of metal except for the filter which is plastic and needs to be connected to the pipe head directly. The filter threading wore out and failed during installation. It was not tightened as there was no leak when first tested, however when the remaining parts were added, it suddenly failed with the added weight. Read more
