I'm happy with this and would buy again. The ingredients feel like a nice blend to me, specifically the magnesium/epsom salt, MSM, and arnica. There's nothing too weird in the ingredient list, and they all seem fairly skin-friendly. Efficacy was actually noticeable. I always wonder if it's really the ingredients or a placebo effect, but I think they actually worked. I tested by using the spray on only my left shoulder and left quads/thigh even though I had DOMS on both left and right. The soreness in my left shoulder and leg (with spray) is surprisingly noticeably less acute than my right side (no spray). While the spray didn't completely remove all soreness, it noticeably made it less severe over 2 days of use. The skin-feel is okay. It does not have a greasy-oily-shiny feel. However I DO feel a bit of residue on my hands, almost like I applied lotion with some water on my hands. It does say to wash your hands after using. The skinfeel on my palms/fingers was uncomfortable to me, but the area I applied the spray onto (shoulder, leg) was totally comfortable. I think sensory-wise my hands are more texture-sensitive. I won't deduct stars for the skinfeel on the hands since the skinfeel everywhere else was totally fine, like I had applied a layer of light moisturizer. The spray head works well; spray comes out on the first pump each time in a fine mist with no dripping. As long as I wash my hands after using this, I find it easy and pleasant to use and would recommend it for anyone who works out regularly and needs some extra support with recovery. Read more

It helps a little bit. I feel cream is better. Read more
To be honest, I never would have purchased something like this if I hadn't been offered it for free. I'm generally very skeptical of things like this. But, it actually did help my sore muscles. I still can't believe it, lol. I went out for a long walk with a ton of hills and both my calves were screaming the next day. So I decided to do an experiment. I had someone spray one calf with this stuff and the other calf with salt water without me knowing which was which. It was pretty obvious quickly though because one felt a warm tingling sensation. And before long, the treated leg wasn't sore at all while the other one kept bugging me for hours until I finally decided to spray it, too. And of course it worked equally well on that one. Not quite a double-blind study but good enough for me and I will be keeping this stuff on hand from now on! Read more
these are long term therapy, dont expect overnight or few days to get relief. Spray was nice and easy to use. As said not sure if this helps but I know mag salt does help with sore muscles as have used in past. Overall OK, best to use with socks overnight or just rub few hours before bath. good product, benefits yet to see Read more
Just received product today but I will say that so far not impressed just because after 3 sprays the spray bottle quit working and now the product will not spray out. Had to open bottle and rub product on myself. Hope the product actually says what it claims it will do. Will say after I posted this review they did reach out to me and offer a full refund for the faulty bottle, which I do really appreciate and was not expecting it either. Have only used the product a few days now and have noticed it has been helping my sore feet a little bit, only down fall is the product does dry out your skin. Read more

I use this magnesium spray mostly at night, especially on my calves and shoulders. It absorbs pretty quickly but the first few times I used it there was a slight tingling sensation. It was not painful, just noticeable. After a few uses my skin seemed to adjust and it felt more neutral going on. I usually spray it on after a shower and let it sit for about twenty minutes before wiping off any residue. My muscles feel more relaxed, especially after long days where I have been on my feet. The bottle lasts a while since you only need a few sprays at a time. It is one of those products that feels subtle but helpful when used consistently. Read more
