I have tried a number of Ashwagandha complex products, and this is one of my favorite, and the most effective for me. The other ingredients in the complex are desirable, and do not clash with other nutritional's I'm taking. It seems to be a very effective complex. The product comes in a bottle sealed with a paper seal at the top of the bottle. It has a screw cap. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or smell. As a small to medium sized person, recommended dosages are sometimes to big for me. In the case of this product, I personally found 1 to 2 capsules adequate to get a good response. When taking two capsules, I took one in the morning and one in late afternoon, if I needed a lift, energy level boost, or to deal with daily stress. The label does mention "Enhanced for Absorption" which I can attest to. It is fast acting, and effective. The quality seems high. Great well rounded supplement! The capsules are easy to take with no taste. I love the health benefits of taking Sea Moss, and that there are other great ingredients! Black pepper extract helps with absorption and I appreciate that it’s in there too! It’s made in the USA in a GMP facility, and lab tested for purity so I take it with confidence. This is a pretty good mix of vitamins to support overall health. The pills are a little large, so could pose some difficulty swallowing if you have trouble with large pills.
