I have tried a number of Ashwagandha complex products, and this is one of my favorite, and the most effective for me. The other ingredients in the complex are desirable, and do not clash with other nutritional's I'm taking. It seems to be a very effective complex. The product comes in a bottle sealed with a paper seal at the top of the bottle. It has a screw cap. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or smell. As a small to medium sized person, recommended dosages are sometimes to big for me. In the case of this product, I personally found 1 to 2 capsules adequate to get a good response. When taking two capsules, I took one in the morning and one in late afternoon, if I needed a lift, energy level boost, or to deal with daily stress. The label does mention "Enhanced for Absorption" which I can attest to. It is fast acting, and effective. The quality seems high. Great well rounded supplement! The capsules are easy to take with no taste. I love the health benefits of taking Sea Moss, and that there are other great ingredients! Black pepper extract helps with absorption and I appreciate that it’s in there too! It’s made in the USA in a GMP facility, and lab tested for purity so I take it with confidence. I haven’t noticed a difference in my sleep or energy levels, but my allergies have improved. I started noticing its effects after a week or so, and am excited about long term wellness. Works! I love this supplement combination! It has an excellent mix of immunity, energy, and overall health and cellular support. Easy to take and there are no ill effects so far - I find that this keeps my mood and energy elevated most of the day and there is no crash later on. I do feel healthier overall after taking this. Like many other sea moss products the capsules are easy to take. The nutrient also values stack up to competitors and is similar to some of the multivitamins that i have taken. I have no complaints and would order again. Read more
This is a pretty good mix of vitamins to support overall health. The pills are a little large, so could pose some difficulty swallowing if you have trouble with large pills. There's no real aftertaste though. Overall I'm pretty happy with them and they do seem to have a positive effect on my energy levels and immune response. Read more
