I purchased a new laptop for work/travel and needed it to be lightweight. The problem with that is very few ports. I have multiple devices to connect at different times: mouse, keyboard, 2 monitors, external CD/DVD drive and flash drives. I was constantly having to remove something to plug in another. It was annoying. This little hub works perfectly. I'm able to use all my devices with no issues. The only think I'm not able to do most of the time is get enough power through the hub to charge my laptop. It works fine with my tablet and phone but I can't get enough power going into my computer for it work. It doesn't really matter to me because that's not what I wanted this for. My computer has it's own power cord and dedicated port for that. For me, this is perfect. The hub is small and makes my life easier. Read more
