Fits this fountain perfectly
My husband bought the fountain a few months ago. These filters are perfect. I just wonder what the black sponges are for. The fountain came with the carbon filters but no sponges. I thought maybe they help with hair so I put the sponge in the hole where the filter goes so it sticks out a little and wouldn’t prevent water from getting thru. But that made the fountain sound like it was dying so I removed it. Hope someone knows where they go Read more

Definitely a needed product. Worked as expected but if your fountain breaks or stops functioning and the company is no longer on Amazon, then you are left with useless filter replacements. So purchase a small amount as the design is uniquely fitted for the specific pet water fountain. Make sure to measure the diameter of your fountain. Not all sizes are equal.
