Very good replacements for iO 3 heads

These seem very comparable to the original head. I will not pay the price they want for the oem heads so I look for the knock off brands. They fit my iO 3 and sound about the same, I guess. Not a big deal as long as they work. I had gotten a different brand and those were so stiff and aggressive that I could barely use any pressure when brushing. My teeth and gums would hurt after using those. These seem softer like the oem and I can enjoy brushing again. Lesson learned: always test them out as soon as they arrive to make sure you'll be happy with them. I had the others 2 months before trying them and now I'm out the money. But these are much better. After a short time of use, the bristles started to spread out and didn’t feel as firm when brushing. They do work, but the overall durability and build quality could definitely be better.
