The only pathetic tape you will need.
Not only is this athletic tape a great price, it is by far a superior product to the drugstore brands. It wraps smoothly around and over joints, without bunching up (nothing like having to start all over when tape wraps all weird!!!) I love that it works right the first time, the tape has the perfect amount of stretch and holds throughout the day, water and sweat. We use with and without under wrap. Read more

Works great for wrapping around shoes to keep laces tied. It gives support to the ankle if wrapped correctly. Read more
Can be extra sticky and hard to tear
Purchased for my side job as first responder. Holds well however if its hot and humid outside it becomes extra sticky. Can be hard to tear as well so scissor was needed. Read more

Hard to tear! You cannot tear it with your fingers despite their claim, you need scissors.
This is for the Lobtery 8 pack White Athletic Sports Tape. I received it on 12/8/2025 and immediately found that I could not tear the tape with my fingers no matter how much I tried. The only way to do it was with a scissors. I can't speak to any of their other claims as ease of tearing was at the top of my requirements list, and given what they say "The edge of this sports tape is serrated and easy to tear, no tape cutter is needed." I figured it would work as I needed. But I hurt my fingers trying to tear the tape without a tape cutter. Read more
Tan tape = great, White 8 pack = horrible
I bought both the tan 3 pack of tape and the white 8 pack. The tan tape is easy to tear and has a decent thickness to it, not as thick as some I’ve used but thicker than the cheaper stuff. The white 8 pack, however, is near freaking impossible to tear with your hands and it’s not even that thick of tape, the perforated edges just aren’t as prominent. I do a lot of weight lifting and have a good grip force of >120-130 lbs and the white roles are such a nuisance to tear that I threw a small utility blade in my gym bag just to cut it. I’m guessing that the white 3 pack of tape may be similar to the tan roles, due to the difference in price between the white 3 pack and the white 8 pack, but I would not buy the white 8 pack. I’ll update my review to 3 stars if I can get this refunded, but I won’t go beyond that because the reviewed product isn’t that great. Read more
