This product is good in terms of cleaning the ears effectively without pushing back earwax like a Q-tip would do (FYI: Q-tips are not intended for your ears (read the box itself, it says nothing about ears) if you grew up thinking they were like I did). I like this one tool that I keep using more than the others with a deep curve. I know I'll have this product for life since it's metal and not easily breakable and not battery powered but manual tools. The price is unbeatable. I have tiny ears and it's best used after a shower when the ears are wet. I use it once a week. It can be a weird feeling to scrap against your ears but it's satisfying to know your getting the gunk out. I haven't had any allergic reactions either if your afraid of that too. Hope this helps! Got these for my husband, he has smaller than typical ears. Bc his ear are so small using q tips causes him more harm than good. These are perfect for cleaning out his ears without the worry of inadvertently packing earwax deep in his ear canal. All the tools appear to be made out of surgical stainless steel, meaning they're hypoallergenic. The best tool is the spooly one, it works wonders but is a little tricky to clean out unless you have warm running water to assist. The different sized scoops are perfect. And the "ribbed" tool is great for scratching those pesky ear itches. The only down side would be the case, it is a little tough to get open but once you've understood how to manipulate the clasp appropriately it gets easier.
