84 feet Artificial Vines Greenery Garland Fake Hanging Leaves Faux Foliage Plants for Wedding Party Garden Home Kitchen

We used these vines to decorate for a couple of backyard events and they've done the job well. (1) I used them to make a fake ivy photo backdrop look a little more realistic, and (2) I used them to make a more natural visual transition between the "real world" and a fabric photo backdrop with similar foliage on the edges. (The photos will help that make more sense.) I read a lot of reviews about fake foliage like this having a strong odor, but I didn't have that issue with these vines. They had a slight odor when I took them out of the packaging but it quickly dissipated — it's certainly not something that would prohibit me from buying them. The ivy vines look good from a distance, especially when used as an accent and not the main focal point. The ones we used on the ivy backdrop have held up well outdoors under all sorts of weather conditions for several months now. The vines do break fairly easily if you put too much tension on them, but aside from that they seem pretty durable. Had to come back just to let everyone know that these vines have held up beautifully! I purchased them back in January 2020 and here we are in September and they are still beautiful! The dye definitely left a smell on them so at the time after reading previous reviews I just soaked them in Dawn dish soap and very hot tap water and then after an hour I rinsed them off and hung them to dry. Theu did not loose color and any little piece that may have fell off I just popped them back on with my hot glue gun if I really needed to. These vines are beautiful. They're long and so bright in color. They really look like healthy vines! They look real from many angles and they're very versatile. They do have a slight smell to them, I guess from the dying process or something so I do suggest soaking them in a solution of hot water and soap before hanging them up. Read more

My only warning for you is that they smell so bad. I was going to return them but turns out a lot of these artificial leaves on Amazon are smelly? I decided to wash them in the bath tub with lots of soap. It worked well. But once they dried they smelt a little so I sprayed a whole lot of Febreeze on them. Only get these if you are committed to cleaning them. My whole room stank until I finally cleaned them all. But it turned out really well. I look all around for vine I could use for my crafting projects. I looked at all my local stores and the prices were so high is was not worth it. I found these ones here on Amazon at a great price so I bought them. They were perfect and used them on my Audrey II project. I liked them so much I started decorating my hobby room with them. It provides a nice touch. They are easy to handle and cut to size. The stems are thin but study and have been taking the abuse i put them though. I will be buying more. Read more
