Honestly one of the best controllers out there. 8bitdo is a great company with affordable and quality products. They’re my go-to for controllers and I love their ultimate 2 line. So when they announced a collab with my favorite game, Honkai Star Rail, I just had to snag one. Packaging is super premium and the box is really stylish with great design. The Evernight box and controller are just superb in design and really reflects the character. It comes with some goodies to like a badge, premium travel case for your controller, and other goodies. Regarding the controller itself, great and lightweight design. Very easy to hold onto and it feels great when gaming, plus RGB that you can turn on/off but the pink/purple really adds to the Evernight aesthetic! There’s no input delay of any sort and I rarely ever have to charge it after several long play sessions. Furthermore, the charging dock is just the best. There’s no contact problems with the controller and charging base and it charges very quickly. To top it off, the joy sticks use the newest TMR technology which is the new Hall effect! The controller is beautiful and feels great in the hand, but the software holds it back on the mobile front. It really looks just as good in person as in the photos and the light rings are customizable to your liking via the desktop app. The only issue is that any profiles set on the 2.4GHz connection mode (usb dongle) do not transfer over to the bluetooth connection mode. This would be ok if the mobile app worked and actually connected to the controller. At the very least, I’ve never been able to get it to work. This means you also can’t change the button mapping on bluetooth mode without some slight finicking. That said, you can make adjustments if you connect your controller to your computer via cable to use the desktop app. Still this controller works absolutely beautifully, as expected, right out of the box. The unboxing experience is high quality and the case looks positively great. As someone who had only played games on mouse and keyboard, this controller is more than worth the money I paid for it. Super happy with this 8bitdo controller. I was always using genuine Xbox wireless controllers and they are still great, however i have made the permanent switch to this controller now. Lets start with the design, they nailed a nice aesthetic on this with the Honkai Star Rail Evernight Character, really nice looking controller. The wireless functionality is needless to say, in my eyes perfect. When you take it off the dock to use it, windows syncs instantly and the controller is ready to go. Its a great design with the inbuilt wireless dongle in the charging dock so you never have to think about this not having the juice to play games. Love it. Super comfortable to play on, feels heavy and premium. The buttons, joysticks and triggers are excellent to use. We also have additional mappable buttons and you can configure the L & R triggers to have no travel if you need. So far i'm really happy with my first 8BitDo controlller, well done guys. Read more

A true premium controller for my PC. Comes with assignable paddle buttons, turbo functionalities, and adjustable triggers. Buttons are snappy and on the 2.4ghz connection, there’s 0 input delay. Beautiful controller and with the extras it felt very premium and worth the price. It works great on PC and was very easy to set up and connect. I had no issues gaming on PC. The battery life is also pretty good about 20 hours before needing a full charge. I also tried the bluetooth functionality on Android (Samsung S25 Ultra) and I'm not sure if it's just Star Rail or the controller itself but controls were inverted (A button was B button) so just keep that in mind. First off, good controller but no official ps5 support... wish it had it. Now regarding PC: it works well.. 🤷‍♂️. Now, I did run into an issue that can easily be fixed. If your running your controller with Bluetooth you WILL get response lag between any game ur running and the controller- so use the advertised 2.4GZ or better yet... wired connection (package comes with a charging cord that can be used). Great controller with more future proof TMR sticks that theoretically will not drift. Comes with the case and extras for the special edition. Ended up choosing this over the Gamesir Cyclone 2 due to the overall superior build quality and button feel. Also the dock is much better designed with hidden 2.4 adapter inside the dock. Very pretty controller that isnt too over the top. Great value for the price given all the extra items provided. Read more

Everything came in a timely fashion. Each item inside the box feels good to the touch , seeing some of them displayed is great. The controller is responsive, sleek, comfortable, and connects seamlessly on my PC. Battery lasts a good amount. Overall a great product for the price. Read more
