Why do I have zipper access to the stuffing?

This is a cute penguin- he looks like the photo and appears well made. But I don't understand why you can unzip the zipper on his jacket and have access to the stuffing inside. Because of this I would not recommend gifting this to a small child as they could choke or just make a huge mess. For softness I give it a 4 out of 5. Not most soft, but not too bad. Read more
