As soon as these touch paper, the ink is dried. And the highlighters are what you'd like from a highlighter. No smuding on the ink, colorful and consistent. Lastly, customer service was amazing! 2 of my highlighters came dried out so I reached out to them and they immediately solved my issue, no hustle needed.
