Packaging was mostly non descript save for a logo and the catkoco branding, and had no references to sex toys or anything of the nature. I wouldn't mind my neighbors seeing the box at my door. The toy passes the burn test and has no noxious smells. The glitter in my unit did not come off even with scraping and I would be comfortable using it again. Probably don't use it with pure dimethicone/dimethiconol lube, but hybrid lubes like GCL hybrid are totally fine. The toy overall is a nice size and texture, but it's too soft for most people to actually use. It's almost as soft as TPE masterbators. If you don't mind the softness it's fun and worth the money.
