The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 mirrors because I have a window over my vanity. Both arrived on time and were well packaged. The quality of the mirrors is great. They're sturdy and beautiful. The brushed nickel matches the fixures in my bathroom perfectly. They were installed easily and move back and forth, up and down, easily. They have 3 different shades of light with just a touch. Each shade can be dimmed. I didnt charge them when I got them because the light worked fine. I had to recharge mine after 2 weeks because the light was getting dim. The charger worked great and the mirrors are nice and bright again. It's reversible with 10X magnification on the back.
