I love these stupid pants. I originally got them as semi-dress pants while on the road traveling for one of my jobs. THEY HAVE POCKETS!! Hardly any womens pants that fit and flatter me have pockets. They look good with both dress shoes and sneakers, and they're super comfy. Did I mention the pockets? They fit a bit loosely, but they're still flattering and comfortable. I wear them like sweats to my other job, and I've even worn them to yoga! I mentioned the pockets, right? The only drawback was one of my three pairs has stitching that let go on an edge of the back pocket, the lining of a front pocket, and on the seam on one of the legs. All on one pant, so I'm guessing they had a bad day that day. All is fixable, and worth fixing, because the material is strong and quality. After a year with my other worn-hard stretchy pants, pilling happens at rub points (in the "thigh gap" area, edges of pockets, butt area, etc.) But not these badboys! They do tend to be a little long on the inseam, but the convenient drawstrings at the ankles help with that if necessary. Read more

Hello, I got this pants for work. I love the fit. They're extremely comfortable and well made. They fit just below the ankle. However, I draw the string located at the bottom of the pant leg in at the ankle to put them just above the ankle. I like that the look of the pants are versatile so I can have them looking like rather plain slacks for work or I can draw the ankle string to make them look a little chic (if I can use that old word). The side pockets are perfect little slits and aren't those bulky type of cut outs. I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase of these versatile, and affordable, work and evening pants. Read more

Love the fit and comfort of the pants. The pair I received is missing the ankle ties which I wanted to use. Iβll just figure out a way to fix it. Read more

I have had a pair of pants almost exactly like this for the past 10 years and they are my favorite (and still going!) I decided to get another pair because the laces are getting old on my navy ones. This time I bought the black ones. They fit true to size and have plenty of stretch in them too. I have gained 15 pounds in the last few years and my old ones still fit because of the stretch. I still bought a small for the new ones and they look great. My new black ones don't hold the elastic tight at the ankles when I pull the laces like they do on my old ones, but they seem like they are made from the same materials and are the exact same pattern. Very comfortable. I have never worn them with high heels like the picture, but don't want to say I never would - hey, who knows? Read more

These pants are fabulous, simply gorgeous. They are difficult to describe. The fabric is luxurious. It has a slight sheen, just the right medium density, and they are form-fitting but not tight so they don't make dents in your thighs or calves, or bunch up in your leg creases while they fall perfectly in a fitted way. Due to a project I had them on over 24 hours straight and they looked every bit as fresh when i took them off as when putting on. The silky-satin outer fabric repells versus collects lint and cat hair. They are beyond comfortable with its four-way stretch and after that 24 hours there was zero stretching out in the knees or bagging out in any way, and I had squatedb throughout that day. These pants are easily elegant or casual. I'm enamored with this fabric and would love to find coordinating peices in a crop jacket with a peplum flounce and a labcoat length for business attire. They do not wrinkle and they do not show any celulite lumps. Now for the bad part. The size Extra Small was perfect for my 5'7" 120 lbs, 36-26-35, slender build with muscular calves and thighs, in my dreams... But my legs have some muscle memory and bulk which has made finding leggings and skinny-straight leg pants difficult because they're too narrow in the lower leg to get on or too tight in the thigh, sometimes the knees too, and create unsightly bulges and dents. Obviousy, that's caused by being too tight and my long ago past days of having rock hard muscles. These pants do not squish my squishy areas. I wore fleece lined stocking tights underneath because of the cold weather and did try them on sans the tights to access the true fit. However, my inseam is 32.5 to the floor barefoot and 33' is perfect with modest heels. These pants almost graze the floor which is doable. I prefer my clothing investment bottoms to be full length to have style options in the future instead of outdated clothing in a few short years. The cinch cord on the bottoms have no cinch hardware but should. Little chord cinch hardware can usually be found at a sports store with backpacking inventory and camping gear, or Amazon, silly me. To get the bottoms to poof and blouse over when cinched at the ankle they need to be longer. They still look "okay" but the most elegant look is full at the bottom as pictured. They stuff nicely into high boots and don't pull up at the boot top because of their slight slip quality. I think you may create the poof bottom if you have a 30" or less inseam. I wanted them for the straight leg pant look and could see using short legging bands if I wanted to wear them cinched and poofy with heals like the picture which is a lovely look too. You can make your own bands by cutting off the feet of worn socks and sewing the cut end.of the ribbing. Sometimes lacy or chrocheted arm bands will work at the ankles too. I know all about this look and the dilemna with length because this exact look was totally "in" in the late 1970's! So were the drop shoulders I think they should have left in the past. Finally, the pants also have a pull chord tie at the waist which held them up perfectly with no constant readjusting annoyances. I wish these clothing designers would make a few more options in length for us leggy girls. We also become loyal to brands who do that. I highly recommend these esquisite pants. They are not yoga pants and do not fit the same or offer much for compression but their travel friendly, wrinkle proof, 4-way stretch, impervious to bagging out, luxurious fabric and flattering style at this amazing price point is fabulous! I bought a pair of these in navy in size large. (I'm an 8). They fit great and I love them. They are comfortable and perfect for golfing or hiking. So I then ordered these in black, size Large. They are HUGE. About six inches longer and wider than the navy pair I already own. I gave them to a friend who wears a 16 and she said they fit great. So then I ordered a medium - they are a little snugger than the navy large but definitely closer to an 8. I love these pants but please figure out your sizing and patterning. Read more
