I have medium long hair so I wouldn’t get it if you have super long hair, just take very small sections. It almost didn’t fit my hair but I managed! Gets really hot too! I got this much smaller curling iron due to the fact that my hair used to be very curly but is now straight....and I don't know what the heck to do with the stray, crazy hairs from my top knot. This device is perfect for putting a little spring in those strays. The temperature control is wonderful, as it spans a huge range of settings depending on hair type. Since mine is super fragile and fine, I can make it very low and it works well. It's easy enough to grip and use (I'm spastic with these devices) but as with all curling irons with a clip feature, getting it off the curl is tricky. I wish it were smaller -- it's very long and hard to manipulate for small curls, but I suspect they need that much space for the inner workings. It's a solid product for what I described and has a price point that is very affordable. It's worth it. Read more
This iron is tiny and works great on my one customer who has very short hair, the only complaint and why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the spring could be stronger. I just use my thumb to pull the clip back and put more tension on the hair. I wish it would stay in C or F but each time you turn it on you have to set it, it's not a big deal because use it for only one customer and I put it to the hottest setting. It was delivered in a timely manner, it's light weight, glides on the hair, has several temperature settings and was a great price. Not sure how long it will last but it seems to be made well and since I only use it once a week it should last. I would recommend it to others to buy. Read more

I love the size of this barrel. I have naturally curly hair, but as my hair has thinned with age, my curls need a little help at the ends. This iron worked great. However, the cord coils badly and takes time after each strand to unravel. Now with time it is completely cooled up and copper wire is showing and splitting. This is a great curling iron for tiny curls. It works well with short as well as long hair. It is a good size for travel or in a duffle. There is an auto shut off so you don't have to worry about leaving it on and several heat levels. I have short hair and this helps me get the wispy hair that a larger curler can't. The first one I received had clearly been used before and was broken. I got a replacement and it was new and works great. Heats up fast. The curls hold. Read more
