Great value! Good quality, not flimsy at all, good weight. Work great in oven or on smoker/grill for baking or casseroles. No silly paper or glue to remove. Good finish and no residue or oils. Works for me! Read more
Reliable Pans for Freezing & Baking
These pans have been perfect for my freezer-to-oven casseroles. I prep meals, freeze them, and put them straight into the oven without any issues. They’re sturdy, don’t bend easily, and cook evenly. Great quality for the price. Read more
Not very heavy duty but workable
A little flimsier than I would have liked; a few collapsed when taking them out of the oven and I narrowly averted disaster more than once. If you're cooking heavy dishes, consider using a baking sheet underneath. Still worthwhile if you're meal prepping, cooking for a crowd, or just don't want to dirty a casserol dish. Mac and Cheese Durable!
I had to make two full pans of mac and cheese, enough for feed the varsity boys’ soccer team and their families. The store bought ones would normally buckle and would need to be reinforced, but not these! These pans held it all! Bonus for me were the lids. The store bought pans always come with the cheap folding lids or, worse, plastic lids that can’t go in the oven. The aluminum lids made them easier to stack and transport in a casserole tote.
