A little flimsier than I would have liked; a few collapsed when taking them out of the oven and I narrowly averted disaster more than once. If you're cooking heavy dishes, consider using a baking sheet underneath. Still worthwhile if you're meal prepping, cooking for a crowd, or just don't want to dirty a casserol dish. I had to make two full pans of mac and cheese, enough for feed the varsity boys’ soccer team and their families. The store bought ones would normally buckle and would need to be reinforced, but not these! These pans held it all! Bonus for me were the lids. The store bought pans always come with the cheap folding lids or, worse, plastic lids that can’t go in the oven. The aluminum lids made them easier to stack and transport in a casserole tote.
