L 5'7 180-185. I came back like a hypocrite to upgrade my review, after actually wearing the pants. They're not your actual, standard, semi thick, sweat pants material, if that makes any sense. They're slightly thinner, and that's a good thing to me. You can wear these pants out casually, w/ some name brand sneaker/shoes. Work in them, but be mindful if lite clr. and try not to mess them up. You can wear these joints leisurely, doesn't matter. I just know they're comfortable and stylish. Just ordered another pair, different color. I'm giving them a SOLID 4 stars outta 5.
