I'm not sure which solar lights would require these batteries. I have solar walkway lights & a decorative statue that uses a solar battery. These didn't fit in either. A couple of my walkway lights stopped illuminating & thought the batteries had probably worn out. I've had them for approximately six years. These looked like AA batteries, but they're actually larger than AA. My walkway lights & the statue use the AA size solar light batteries & I made the mistake of assuming that the batteries in these appliances are a standard size. Unfortunately, because they don't fit in any of my lights I can't use them & can't evaluate how well they work. I would suggest to others that you double check to be sure you are ordering the correct size batteries for your needs. I thought these were the same, but they are not. That said, I found the price for these to be quite high. After realizing that these were the wrong size for my lights, I came back to Amazon & purchased to correct, AA size. Those I bought were very highly rated & I got a dozen batteries for $7.80. These list for about $7 for two batteries. While it might be a bit more expensive for this slightly larger size, I can't imagine they would be valued at $3.50 apiece, when the AA were priced at 72.5 cents apiece. I would suggest that the manufacturer re-evaluate the price of these & clarify in the description the types of appliances that use this size battery, as they're clearly not a standard size for all solar lights. To be honest, I just ordered these as spares, or a "just in case" kind of thing. I have at least 14 solar lights and I think 5 different brands, so these are likely to fit in something. They seemed like a unique kind of thing that I might need someday, and if not I can always use them for a solar powered microprocessor project. The batteries themselves look very nice with quality shrink wrapping and printing. They're better than some generic paper wrapped kind of thing. The mAh rating doesn't seem super high, but I'm not too familiar with the LiFePo4's. The voltage checks out at 3.37/3.38 no-load voltage, which also seems appropriate. I'm impressed with them, I just have to remember to keep them separate from my other AAs and labeled clearly so I don't put them in some sensitive equipment sometime down the road. Thanks for offering them, they seem great. Read more

Batteries arrived with nearly a full charge. They were very easy to swap out as replacements in my outdoor solar lights. Read more
I have a yard full of solar lights and some of them take these little AA batteries. So, yes, these are intended as replacement batteries and I am pumped that they are LiFePO4 batteries. I really dislike having one light out when the others still work. And these should have better life than the stock batteries that came with the lights so I may go ahead and replace one of the lights just to get a handle on life and functionality. I will come back and update this review if once I have done that. Read more
A little hard to see in the photo but these are slightly larger than all my other rechargeable AA batteries, but they do work....more expensive than most, can't vouch for how long they will work. Read more

These PTIJPOW AA 3.2V LiFePO₄ rechargeable batteries are an ideal replacement for aging solar light batteries or any low-drain 3.2V application. I tested them in a set of pathway garden lights, and they performed flawlessly—quick to charge during the day and held enough capacity to stay illuminated throughout the night. The 650mAh capacity is well-matched for typical solar garden fixtures, and the voltage remained stable even under cooler outdoor temperatures. Charging is noticeably quicker compared to older NiMH units I replaced. These batteries also have a longer expected cycle life due to the inherent stability of the lithium iron phosphate chemistry. Keep in mind that these are not your standard 1.2V or 1.5V AA batteries—at 3.2V, they are only compatible with devices designed specifically for LiFePO₄. Always confirm compatibility before installing. Overall, a solid and reliable power source for solar garden lighting or similar 3.2V systems. Recommended. Read more
