Overall happy with the fit and the comfort of the ring. Few issues 1)unable to change daily goals 2)unable to change from metric units 3)the ring stopped recording for 2 days and then is back to recording again. I liked it the first couple of months until it stopped holding a charge. I reached out to customer service a couple of times regarding the problem, they were good to respond However, the help they gave wasn’t helpful- like use the charger that came with it. I was using it and change a setting, which I did but that seemed to make it worse or it was just a coincidence that it got worse. It started not even lasting 8 hrs sleep time and doesn’t give any information ☹️ totally useless now Read more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this ring and had to wait on it delivery, assuming I was getting a new ring, of course. I got a “Prime Box” containing an open device box, with no attempt whatever to obscure that this was a “open box”. The ring had some easy to miss scratches I notice only after I picked up the separation to find a very worn scratched and damaged charging stand. This was a second hand device to be sure. I was also a very worn one, If that wasn’t enough, the device some how linked to the ring in a way that as I started to load the app to see if this device was worth buying new (again) preventing me from registering the ring. I could see nothing of its features at all. What a mess. I won’t be reordering a “new” one. Neither should anyone else, I would propose. Read more

I returned mine. Size kit wasn’t accurate. Bought size kit and ordered a 9 based on size kit. What they don’t tell you is the little nubs in the size kit are not indicative of the actual ring. So when using the size kit you should get the most snug one that is almost hard to get on for it to be accurate. Then also I became concerned with the radio waves consistently being on me so I changed my mind on getting a smaller size and returned completely. It was very sleek and pretty though. Read more
