My hair is braided. I started wearing this turban to keep my hair covered when I am outside of the house. It looks a lot neater and more polished than wearing a durag. It is satin lined, which I greatly appreciate. It’s not as stable as wearing a durag, and will shift at night if I toss and turn a bit. However, there are a number of ways to adjust the fit. The easiest is spinning the tail a few times before wrapping it around your head. The tail itself also detaches and can be adjusted. You can also tighten the inside of it. I love the fit, it’s comfortable, it looks great, and I like that it has elasticity for hair growth… One of the main reasons I got it was it looked like something that will stay put until you want it off ( perfect for starting dreads, to keep them in place)… As with everything I purchase, I wash it and air dry it!!!
