A great insole.

I have bought these insoles several times from a company that sells Abeo products. They are still my favorite insole and since I have a high arch I always purchase the ones with metatarsal support. They are very comfortable and can be put in any shoe. They don't have added cushion so don't take up extra room in the shoe. They are perfectly comfortable for me without added cushioning. They are quite durable and will last a long time. Read more

Good support

These are made with the same quality as these fancy inserts at a running store. No frays or foam compression visible after over a month wear. This give medium to high arch support perfect for my foot pain. It is also true to size. The material feels slightly bouncy with some give. Fabulous moisture wicking fabric on the top. But most importantly, almost the perfect shock absorber made with cork. The only thing I did NOT like about these was the metatarsal pad. I believe this might be optional. It takes a lot of time to get use to and is not the most comfortable thing. Read more
