I feel this runs true to size because it fits me comfortably I am just back in a medium but recently had abdominal surgery and still have post op swelling. The top must be tight enough for the band to hold the girls properly. I think this would fit someone G cup or smaller better- I feel like I am spilling out all over. I could do something like yoga or Pilates but no bouncing in this - I am a 32O for reference, I did struggle to keep my breast forward in the cups as movement caused them to slip back- but I think I am beyond the limits of the cup area. I did find it comfortable- I normally workout in compression leggings/ top- these are light weight not compression. I am 5’7” but I have a long inseam 32” and these were a great length for me. Just right, the material will help people with a shorter inseam feel comfortable in them. I ordered this for the wife and while she bounces between a small and a medium, we opted for the medium and she is glad we did as this runs just a tad on the small side from the sizing marks. Fortunately, it fit her find due to some recent weight loss. She loves the fit and feel of it as it is soft and stretchy. Probably won't find her at the gym or out in public in it as she doesn't care to go there without a bra of some type. However, I will get the joy of seeing her exercising at home in it as well as when she decided to wear it to clean or do daily chores. Either way, it's a great buy. Read more
