I am so impressed with these ABSOLEX Women Round Toe Buckle Mid-Calf Boots! Honestly, I wasn’t sure how comfortable mid calf boots would be, but these exceeded my expectations. The round toe provides plenty of room, and the low heel gives just enough lift without sacrificing comfort. I wore them for over 4 hours walking along Main Street, and my feet were still happy at the end of the day, no soreness, no pinching, no blisters. The side zip makes them easy to put on and take off, and the buckle adds a stylish, edgy touch that elevates the whole look. They feel supportive and well made, and they pair beautifully with jeans, leggings, or even dresses. For anyone who wants boots that look great and feel great for long walks or daily wear, these are an excellent choice. I love almost everything about these boots. They're cute even at my size, which is always a challenge. These boots actually look small, even if you're looking at the soles. They have a comfortable amount of space on the sides for narrow feet and possibly standard-width feet despite their narrow profile, though I wouldn't recommend them for wide feet. The almost-nonexistent heel makes them comfortable for all-day use. The sole is a centimeter thick at the heel, compared to half a centimeter elsewhere. The slouchy design with the statement buckles is perfect for completing a fantasy costume or adding a touch of Middle Earth to your everyday life. The PU faux leather looks great and is lined for comfort. These boots have two drawbacks, three if you consider that they have no treads and are therefore only good for indoor and fair-weather use. Like any flat-soled boots of this type, they have no arch support. I expected this and was pleased that they at least have room for my high arches. But these boots also run a little small. I ordered size-10 boots for my size-9.5 feet because I like to have room for thick socks in my boots, but the tips of my toes are right up against the end of the toe box even in thin socks. ​I seriously love these boots! I was looking for something that was cute but didn't have a massive heel, and these checked all the boxes. They are exactly what they look like in the picture—that perfect mid-calf height with a super cool, relaxed slouch. ​The best part? They feel like wearing slippers! I've worn them for hours running errands and my feet never hurt. The little buckle details are a nice touch and the side zipper makes them super easy to get on and off, which is a huge win for me. ​They dress up jeans instantly but are also great with leggings or a casual dress. These are a gorgeous, rich brown color, and look the same in person as they do on the screen. They run in line with expectations as to size. They have an elastic panel on the side were added stretch if you need it for your calves, but they aren’t made so thin that I think everyone will need those. They are pretty comfortable (though there’s no structure to support your foot if you need that, and/or for longer walking jaunts), and they’re adorable. I’ve taken off two stars, one because the materials here are really thin and I just don’t think they’re going to hold up well at all. At this price point, I would not expect these to last all THAT long, but I expect any garment to last at least through the season that I purchased it for, and I’m not sure that this is gonna do that. The materials are also so thin that my feet were cold when I wore them on a pretty mild fall day, so these are definitely not going to work on the colder fall days or even milder winter days that I wanted them for. They also don’t have any grip on the soles, so they won’t be easy to walk in if there’s any frost or ice at all. If you live someplace warm but want the look of a warm fall boot without actually having to BE in a warm fall boot, then all of these things that are drawbacks for me could be excellent for you. I grew up in Florida and went to college there, and these would’ve been perfect for that climate, and I’d give them four stars if that was what I wanted them for. But now that I live someplace with real seasons, as many other shoppers do, I need my fall boots to be good in fall weather, and there’s not all that many days where these will accomplish that, so they’re three stars for me. I wear a 5.5 in shoes. I struggle to find shoes that fit. These fit perfectly!!!! Size is spot on! I can’t believe it!! They are a true brown. There is no heel and the bottom has a little texture so that minimizes the slip potential. They are very comfortable. I am so pleased with these boots and am glad I had a chance to review them! I struggle to find boots (and shoes for that matter!) that do not have a pointed toe, and these have a nice rounded toe. There is room at the top if you wear a boot sock so it won’t be extremely tight but there is not a huge gap so your leg doesn’t look like it’s swimming in the boot! Definitely worth it. Read more

These do seem like they are made about a half size small, so I would recommend sizing up a half size. I usually wear a size 8 amd the 8.5 fit snugly. The boots are very lightweight and feels like you are barefoot when wearing them. The faux leather is on the cheaper side and feels a bit plastic. the buckle design is aesthetically pleasing. The grip isn't too great I wouldn't wear them in wet conditions. They do come In a shoe box which is great forngift giving or if you are like me and store your shoes in their boxes. I have small calfs and it's hard finding a knee high boot that fits securely around my calf, but these do. I wouldn't recommend for wide calf ladies. Read more
