This is exactly what I wanted for my kids' beds. I was tired of nighttime accidents soaking through "waterproof" mattress pads and staining the mattress. What I wanted was a sheet of plastic to go between the mattress and a regular mattress pad. This has worked perfectly for years! I have 3, one on each kid's bed. When there's an accident, I remove the soiled bedding and simply wipe this plastic pad down with a disinfectant wipe. Done and ready to make with fresh linens in minutes! Read more
This product has already protected our son's mattress! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the sheet fits baggy on our twin bed (I'm pretty sure it said it was for a twin bed) and the material is quite thin; My nail ripped it a little while trying to put it on the bed yesterday. My youngest child is taking longer than the other two did to stay dry through the night. We used other more clothlike "waterproof" protectors that would leak, causing us to address the issue on the mattress. We have had 3 accidents since having these on the mattress and I'm loving the ease and the protection of this cover! Remove the sheets and blankets, wipe down the cover, let dry (takes moments if your cloth isn't soaked), and remake the bed - all while the child is in the shower. It's so much easier than the process we had to endure before. Don't hesitate to purchase these. They fit a bit looser than the other we used but the protection is vastly superior. Read more
