I bought this for my 10 year old who is a youth 10/12, and is about 4'9" or so. It was a little bit along the waist, but I knew it would be when I bought it for her. Even things her proper size fall off her waist, depending on where they're made. She wore leggings underneath and I was able to roll and tuck the costume pants into the legging pants and tucked her under shirt into the pants as well so they stayed up. She had no trouble walking around the neighborhood, and the costume legs did not drag on the ground at all. She was warm enough as the hood helped keep her ears warm, and kept the wind off her hair. I'm 5'5 (closer to 5'6 than 5'4) and I think the outfit fits well. The sleeves are a bit long but that's way better than sleeves that are too short. The inside of the outfit is comfy but you can get hot very easily if you're not around any AC. There is also a strange gap in the collar, I assume to make it easier to remove the shirt if need be. I'm not a big fan of the gap though as it's kind of visible when you button it. Read more
